- Conduct a variety of UX research to understand user needs and support design
- UI design for customer facing applications across different devices and platforms, like Facebook, LinkedIn and company website
- Execution of the A/B testing in company website
- Present, explain and justify design solutions and decisions to end users. Build and implement the UX/UI strategy for all sale channels
- Develop and maintain Digital UX and Visual Design standards
Skills and Requirements
Requirements:
- Have a design portfolio to showcase
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent experience
- Creative, self-motivated, organized and a committed team player
- All applications must be accompanied with a digital portfolio or link
- Experienced in product / company introduction animation is a plus
