Remote Account Executive

~$83,200 / YEAR FULLTIME

ROLE:

Refer HR is rapidly growing and is currently looking to hire up to three (3) dynamic and experienced Account Executives that can work with the Sales team to supports the efforts of the business by partnering with local and national clients to support their staffing solution needs. This is a flexible and remote 6–12-month contract opening for you to leverage your existing and progressive network and connections to bring in new clients to Refer HR. This is an uncapped commission sales role that provides you with complete work flexibility to contribute to a fast-growing startup organization.

Hiring Bonus ~ $832 CAD

Referral Reward ~ $4,160 CAD

Responsibilities:

  • Leveraging your existing network and connection toward prospecting new opportunities to present Refer HR’s job board solution to the Canadian market
  • Demonstrates a firm understanding of the sectors/businesses in which your clients operate
  • Identify new business opportunities through active sales strategies (cold calling, proposals, meetings /presentations)
  • Prepare and negotiate the terms of the service agreements with new clients
  • Build strong relationships with clients through consistent and timely communication and understanding their business and organizational needs
  • Collaborate and work with members of the Refer HR team (Sales, Marketing, etc.) to build strategic adoption plans for customers
  • Participate in regular sales and company meetings
  • Gather, record and update customer information in the Refer HR database.

Skills and Requirements

  • Demonstrated Professional Sales experience, a minimum of 2 years in a Sales position.
  • Ability to develop and foster solid business relationships.
  • Proven experience working within a team and creating positive work environment and communication.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills that will enhance internal communication as well as delivering an above average presentation of candidates.
  • University Degree or relevant experience
  • Prior experience with recruitment or employment industry is preferred
