Startup Assistant

Deliverables:

• Working closely with the founder to conduct customer validation.
• Identifying documenting assumptions, target audience, goals and product value and assessing the target market.
• Use customer validation to help inform product decisions by validating problems, solutions, and pain points.
• Assisting founder with additional support when required.
• Support with administrative/personal assistant duties.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience and understanding in product development processes.
• Prior product research or startup experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking
