Our valued client is in an Application Development Company which provides businesses with custom software applications. They develop in a wide range of fields from agriculture to entertainment. They develop iOS, Android, Windows, and web applications. The company is not just "outsourcing" but puts the developers in-house with the companies that they are working with. They are looking for a Software Project Coordinator who can manage the project documentation and translate the requirements to the internal development team, as well as the client.

Problems you will solve 

  • Creation, organization, and maintenance of project documentation. 
  • Track the project specifications and efficiency of the production process. 
  • Review the functional details.
  • Working closely with the Development Team, and providing relevant data and descriptive instructions through various documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of project documents and consistent maintenance.
  • Administrator support for daily project requirements and client account setup requests.
  • Maintain all project documented requirements and meet regularly with the team to address issues and/or clarification requirements.
  • Assist Project Managers in defining client requirements.
  • Update documentation and project requirements of approved Change Requests.
  • Maintain meeting minutes from internal Team meetings and Client meetings; provide.
  • Managers with meeting minutes for action item delegation.
  • Update upper Management for project issues that Project Managers cannot mitigate, or to halt a project if severe issues arise.
  • Prepare client testing documents and end of project packages for clients.
  • Support developers and managers with day-to-day tasks, organization, and challenges.
  • Able to adapt to high-pressure situations and tight schedules.

Skills and Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Experience creating process diagrams and defining business logic based on client communication and scope of work.
  • Have an understanding of the mobile and web development process.
  • Certificate or Diploma in Software Development, IT, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent on the job experience.
